At Bong Crafters, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order products that reflect your personal style. Since each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we request you to review the following return and refund terms carefully.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product

• There is a manufacturing defect (e.g. misprint, stitching issue)

• You received the wrong product or size (different from what you ordered)

Returns are not applicable in the following cases:

• Size issues due to incorrect selection by the customer

• Change of mind after placing the order

• Color differences due to screen display variations

Proof Required
To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, along with:

• Clear images of the product showing the issue

• Unboxing video (optional but preferred for claims involving damage or wrong item)

• Your order ID and full contact details

Replacement or Refund
For eligible issues, we will either reprint and resend the item, or issue a refund to your original payment method—depending on the nature of the issue.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days after approval to reflect in your account.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from our support team.

Order Cancellations
Since all items are custom-made after the order is placed, cancellation is not possible once the order is confirmed and sent for production.
