At Bong Crafters, all products are custom-printed and made to order. As soon as your order is placed, it enters the processing stage where the design is queued for production.

Can I Cancel My Order?

• Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

• After 2 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled or changed.

• If your order has already been sent for printing or shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation.

What If I Made a Mistake?
If you notice a mistake in your order (wrong size, design, or address), please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to assist you before production begins.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved (within the allowed window), the paid amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
